I am back guys and although I am still working on a little bit here and there. (Mostly the nomination links page that almost every person put in their suggestion box)
The Polls for the Semi-Final Round are up. In this round every nomination that fit the time frame is entered to be voted on. All 470 of them *according to my excel files* Man my brain hurts! This post will be short as I am sure that everyone just wants to get to reading and voting.
First, I want to say I know that there are probably some typos or I missed something so just go ahead and shoot me now for it but if you will just send Godric or Eric with a message I will fix it ASAP. Remember I am only one person. *I can’t believe it has taken me three days of pretty much solid work to get this far*
ANYWAY…
As you can see each Category has it’s own poll voting box so you will have to click vote in each category box these are not a survey with only one vote button this time. Got that? Good. I thought this might help when you want to only vote in certain categories. Also as some of the categories had huge numbers of nominees you will be allowed to vote for the TOP THREE in EACH category *I am trying to head off any ties in doing this*. There was something else but I am drawing a blank…oh…oh yeah. You see the coming soon banner at the VERY VERY Bottom *correction I have also moved it to the area right before voting too* that will take you to the nomination link page where you can then chose to view nominee links by author or by category. ***These to pages are active now but I am still working on them so put them down in your brain as a work in progress*** I think that is it… oh before I turn you loose I have put the nominee banners in front of each category and nominees are welcome to copy it from here or contact me and I will send it to you. I went with category banners for nominees and will make individual winning banners for the top three in the final rounds. Is that all? If anyone has questions or sees an error I made please just contact me. I might be in a coma on my laptop since I have been sitting in this chair for so long I can’t feel my legs but I will wake up as soon as possible.

1: The first round in the YWB Awards (the “vote for who you want to vote for later” part) is now open. Go’eth thou forward and conquer! Voting is easy (I think you get to pick three per category?), and there are quite a few categories.

I think though that in fairness to the rules, and the changes that I have made to my site that some of my stories/characters that have been nominated don't qualify for this year's awards.
I have taken down the following stories so that I can do some re-writes and sell them:
Put Your Lights On
Dreams
Awakenings
Nightmares
This means that they, and their characters are no longer in the running because there is nowhere they can be read except for purchase. (and I so hope you do love them enough to purchase a copy as they are released through Amazon and other vendors!)
This also means that Mads and Balasi are off the table for OC's, again because those stories have been taken down.
Also, A Scandal in Shreveport has not been updated this year, and I finished The Big Bang in 2015.
Nightvision was updated in February of 2016, Quiet Lies is 2016, and Cantos is still in the running for OC votes. I hope this helps, and saves you all some time.
So many of you put so much time and love into your stories, not mention the time that Robin puts in organizing this for everyone, and I want to make sure that each of you gets the credit and love that you deserve!
I feel so honored and appreciate each of you more every day as I try and find my way through publishing. I never felt lonely when I did fanfic with you, but now, I do most of the time because it's just me and my PC (his name is Eric, BTW ;)).
I have said it before and will here again, I will still be doing fanfic, and my idream3223 site will remain up for you to read whenever you like. I am where I am now because you, you all inspire me and sometimes you keep me a little more sane than I could manage on my own. 🙂

Sorry….I had to remove her as she won last year but she was nominated. All who have one 1st place before were taken out as was mentioned in the nomination post.

I know I’ve been slacking a lot recently… Real life still got in the way – for your info I’m still not pregnant yet, I had 4 artificial inseminations already and none worked 😦 but I’m still hoping that number 5 will be the lucky one – and I have to admit that my mind wasn’t 100% on my writing, but I am working on the next chapters of Dead Briefs don’t worry.

I think the dates given (though for the life of me I can’t find them now) makes this outside the parameters.

Whew that was intense! I tried to accomplish the impossible task of reading every entry. I failed, of course, but I read as many as possible. We’ve got some great talent in the TB/SVM fandom!
